Our approach

Real support, in a room that feels safe.

Recovery happens in relationship. Our small groups and individual sessions are built to be warm and non-shaming — a place where people feel safe enough to stay, engage, and do the work. Care is grounded in the science of how recovery actually works, delivered by experienced, credentialed clinicians who treat every person with dignity.

What we believe

You don't have to be finished deciding to start.

We practice pragmatic recovery. Abstinence is where this is headed, and we'll say so plainly — for most people it's what gives the rest of their life back.

But "not yet" has never been a good reason to turn someone away. If you aren't ready to put everything down at once, harm reduction is a legitimate place to begin, and we will meet you there and keep walking toward abstinence alongside you.

What we won't ask is that you perform a certainty you don't have in order to be allowed through the door.

Here for you

Care that's warm, clinical, and going somewhere.

Confidential & judgment-free

Your privacy is protected, and you'll never be shamed. We meet every person with dignity and discretion.

Evidence-based & clinical

Treatment grounded in the science of how recovery actually works, delivered by experienced, credentialed clinicians.

Warm, personal care

Small groups and real relationships — the kind of support that helps people stay, engage, and heal.

Who we help

Care shaped around the person, not the program.

Adults and teens are seen separately — their own groups, their own clinicians, their own approach. Within each, the care moves with you: intensive outpatient, continuing care, individual counseling, co-occurring treatment, and family work.

Adults

Adult Program

Intensive outpatient care that works around a job, a family, and everything else you are still responsible for — group and individual work, co-occurring care, and support that continues after the program ends.

Youth & Family

Youth & Family Program

Developmentally attuned, trauma-informed care with school coordination — and a six-session Family Program running alongside, because a teen heals best when the people around them are healing too.

For parents & caregivers

You can call before your teen is ready.

Most parents reach us somewhere between worried and certain — and call anyway. You don't need proof, a diagnosis, or your teen's agreement to ask us a question.

The Family Program

Six sessions of structured family counseling run alongside your teen's care. A teen heals best when the people around them are healing too — and you are carrying this as well.

It fits around school

We coordinate with schools and work around class, practice, and work schedules, so treatment fits the life your teen actually has.

Everything in one place

Anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use are treated together rather than handed between programs. No one gets told to come back when the other thing is sorted out.

What a first call is like

A conversation, not an intake interrogation. No pressure, no judgment, and complete confidence. If we aren't the right fit, we'll tell you who is.

For clinicians

The Ground Series curricula.

Evidence-based, trauma-informed SUD group curricula — word-for-word facilitator scripts, participant workbooks, and documentation built into every session. Written by clinicians, for clinicians.
